We are Member-Focused, with your workspace support and productivity in mind. Changes in our daily operations include that we have limited access to our meeting rooms for non-members, and prioritized our Flexspace for DurangoSpace Members only. Not a member? Simply contact us to make advance reservations for visitors to Durango or occasional members by request. What is available to regular members? Our FlexSpace #12 reserved for Members only, up to five (5) members and their pre-approved guests. We have solo-workspaces available, with advance reservations (required), for visitors to Durango, CO. Located on the first floor of the Crossroads/Alpine Bank building (Suite 108 + 109), we have 14 solo-Workspaces. In addition, we have four (4) Premium workspaces on the third floor (Solo-Working Suite 321) of our Class A building in downtown Durango (presently we are sold out 0f the Solo-Working #321 memberships). Please contact us for a tour of our professional “Workspace-as-a-Service” facilities in Suites 108 and 109. Our clean and professional workspace(s) is available on a “first come, first served” base, as we have a waiting list for premium window workspaces (Three of our five* of our first floor window Workspaces and two of our third floor west-facing Window Workspaces are presently reserved by Members) . When window workspaces become available, they are prioritized for Members. However, we usually have 2 to 5 solo-workspaces available over the next 14 to 60 days, allocated on a current DurangoSpace member first, and new member “if available” basis.
