Here’s our value pricing at DurangoSpace, including our daily passes, weekly and monthly member pricing*:
VISITORS: A daily pass is $26. A weekly 5-day pass is $123.50 (5 consecutive days). Just need a half day pass? They cost $19 per half day. We accept cash, business checks (with prior approval) and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Multi-Day Members: 5-day passes, prepay $123.50 & save 5%; 10-days, prepay $208 & save 10%; 15-days, prepay $312 & save 20% (off our daily rate!). Our best buy is our 15-day pass at $312 (just $20.08 per day). DurangoSpace multi-day passes are good through 12/31/2013.
MEMBERSHIPS: Regular monthly member pass=$255/month, 24/7 monthly member pass=$315/month. Prepay 3-months cafe membership @ $195/mo rate; Prepay 6-months cafe membership @ $175/mo rate; Prepay 12-months cafe membership @ $155/mo rate. Our semi-private memberships (reserved work & office space) are limited (call us for details). Contact us to be placed on our waiting list (Main Ave location). As of October 1st 2012 we have three semi-private workspaces available in our 1211 upstairs location, adjacent to DurangoSpace, including full member privileges. Call us today for a tour!
Meeting Space & Conference Rooms: Conference Room A (the Fishbowl) seats 4 to 6 people; Conference Room B (Region 9 room) seats 4 to 10 people; the Team Room seats 2 to 4 people (presently reserved until 06/30/13); the Rear Meeting Room C seats 2 to 4 people and the Main Workroom doubles as a large Meeting room which can seat 8 to 25 people. Meeting rooms available by the hour or day rates. DurangoSpace member discounts apply to meeting space, reserved in advance.
Semi-private reserved workspace are available on a pre-paid 3-month to 6-month basis. We also offer Corporate Sponsor Memberships to qualified organizations or businesses. Call or email us for membership availability and schedule a tour!
