DurangoSpace is Durango’s premiere coworking community. Located downtown at 1221 Main Avenue, across from Buckley Park, this well-designed shared professional space is outfitted with ergonomic furniture, dual Internet curcuits, courtesy local calls, comfortable meeting space, shared printer/fax/copiers, locally roasted coffee, and plenty of convenient public parking. DurangoSpace is easily accessible by walking, biking, the Durango Trolley, and by car (or truck) or scooter. Early birds can park in the back (as parking is available).

With a flexible floor plan, we have quiet rooms, social rooms, conference rooms and meeting rooms. Kitchen facilities and coffee service available for members & guests. After regular business hours, the DurangoSpace facilities are available for members to use for board meetings, team retreats, nonprofit events or workshops for a modest fee.

It was so nice to have certain amenities right there (i.e. bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee area!) It was also nice to be able to utilize your stand-up easels and have the ability to tape sheets all over the walls. It was the perfect size for 15 +people. It was also really nice to be able to break out into groups and go into some of the back rooms (this obviously will not always be possible…but it was really nice to have that option). It was wonderful to be able to walk to lunch…as it’s such a great location. The 2-hour meters worked out really well as well, and none of us had any trouble parking! So all and all it was a perfect experience. We would love to use that spot many times over in the future!
