Yes, it’s been challenging for our Durango, CO community, our local and regional businesses, our local governments and first responders during the 416 Fire. A number of our friends, neighbors, coworkers and acquaintances have been evacuated or are in limbo in a pre-evacuation area. What can DurangoSpace do to help? 1) We have clear indoor air quality, as our Crossroads/Alpine Bank building location is using “chillers” (rooftop mounted) to cool water for our air conditioning, but only the chilled water comes into our workspace, but NOT the smokey air. We have fresh clean air to greet you! 2) If you are evacuated, or in limbo on pre-evacuation, you home office is either unavailable or too smokey to work in. We have available coworking workspace for immediate occupancy. Just call, e-mail or stop by for details! 970-828-1340. 3) You just need a change in workspace venue, and be more productive and cowork with peers. We have daily “drop in”, occasional and monthly coworking plans to best match your workspace needs and your budget. Here’s more info on our membership plans! 4) DurangoSpace is provides flexibility and value, with “no lease, no deposit and 30-days notice” for your convenience. By combining workspace value with full flexibility, you can focus on your work and leave expensive lease terms and inflexible workspace behind. Here’s more info on the “now way to work” at DurangoSpace!
